By accessing or using Hedamo ("Platform," "Services," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Hedamo provides an AI-powered product transparency platform that enables:

• Multi-agent verification of product claims and documentation
• Blockchain-anchored transparency reports
• Supply chain tracing and verification
• QR code generation for consumer-facing transparency
• Compliance assessment with global standards (WHO, FAO, Codex, etc.)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Types

• Client: Product owners submitting for verification
• Verifier: Third-party verification agents
• Channel Partner: Distribution partners
• Sales Commissioner: Sales representatives

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate product information
• Submit valid documentation and evidence for verification
• Not misrepresent products, certifications, or compliance status
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Not attempt to bypass security measures
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including AI algorithms, blockchain infrastructure, and verification methodologies, are owned by Hedamo.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of your product information and documentation. By submitting content, you grant Hedamo a license to use, process, and display it for verification and transparency reporting purposes.

6. Verification Services

6.1 Multi-Agent Verification

Our AI-powered multi-agent system conducts eligibility assessment, intake, ground verification, and audit processes. Results are provided as transparency reports, not certifications.

6.2 Blockchain Anchoring

Transparency reports are anchored to blockchain (Algorand) for immutability. Once anchored, reports cannot be altered or deleted.

6.3 No Warranty

Hedamo provides verification services on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted information.

7. Fees and Payment

• Subscription fees are charged based on your selected plan
• Verification services may incur additional per-product fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Submit fraudulent or misleading product information
• Use the Platform to violate any laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our Services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Platform excessively
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Abuse or misuse the Platform

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, but blockchain-anchored reports will remain immutable.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEDAMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hedamo from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Inaccurate or fraudulent product information you submit

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hedamo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
