At Hedamo, we strive to provide exceptional AI-powered product transparency verification services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No refund will be issued for the current month after services have been used
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no verification services have been used
- Partial refunds calculated on a pro-rata basis after 14 days, subject to approval
- No refunds after 6 months of service
3. Verification Service Refunds
3.1 Product Verification
Refunds for individual product verification services will be considered if:
- The verification process fails due to technical issues on our end
- We are unable to complete the verification within the stated timeframe
- There is a significant error in the verification process attributable to Hedamo
3.2 Non-Refundable Verification Costs
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- User-submitted information is inaccurate or incomplete
- Product fails verification due to non-compliance
- Required documentation is not provided in a timely manner
- Verification has already been completed and report generated
- Blockchain anchoring has been performed
4. Blockchain Services
Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology:
- No refunds are available for blockchain anchoring fees once a transaction is completed
- Commitment NFT minting fees are non-refundable
- On-chain transparency reports cannot be reversed or refunded
5. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

- Your account email and user ID
- Transaction ID or subscription details
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Review Period: We will review your request within 5-7 business days
- Decision Notification: You will receive an email with the decision and next steps
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days
6. Refund Payment Methods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank transfers may take 5-10 business days to reflect
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days
- Cryptocurrency payments cannot be refunded due to blockchain immutability
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Service Disruptions
If Hedamo experiences extended service outages (more than 72 hours), affected users may be eligible for prorated refunds or service credits.
7.2 Data Breach
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your account, you may be eligible for a full refund of your current subscription period.
7.3 Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charges immediately upon verification.
8. Chargebacks
Important: Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.
9. Exceptions and Limitations
- Promotional or discounted services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Free trial users are not eligible for refunds (no payment made)
- Services purchased through third-party resellers follow their refund policies
- Channel partner commissions are non-refundable once earned
